- Products must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and security seal still attached, and with special packaging and other accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.

Once we have received the items, we will proceed to verify their integrity, a process that can last between 4-7 business days.
If everything is in order we will accept the return and process a voucher for the same value of the purchase as soon as possible, it is important that the customer takes into account that the voucher will be generated_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_in the same currency in which you purchased the items.
